My Limes are sprouting Clovers ~ Happy St. Patty's Day ~

I just had to do SOMETHING for ST. Patricks Day.
With all the wonderful ideas there was def inspiration.
Just as I was getting started to make the greatest project ever, I look on my table, and my bucket of limes, had sprouted.

I couldn't even believe it, clovers were growing in there.
How lucky, I didn't have to make anything after all.

Ok, Ok, so maybe I helped them sprout out of some twisted green paper,,, but shhhh don't tell anyone. It was super easy, just unroll a little of one end, and cut two little v's to make the clover, and round out the edges, if needed.

I filled the green bucket, with some pretty green key limes, and waaa laaa,,, easy peasy.

Now, want to know how kids go to war?
Check out my kids armies. They set up all the cars, dinos, and other animals, and made two armies. My princess even brought in the big guns, with the fluffy stuffed animals,,, sooo cute.

Her army is just a tad bigger then little dinos, but he doesn't think so, he thinks his is the hugest, as he stands on his tippie toes, with his arms stretched out all the way, showing me how big his army is,,, oh gosh, I don't look forward to cleaning up after the war, yikes....

Now please tell me what you think of my clover bucket.
Do you like it?

  1. Cute and clever way to decorate for the holidays! My son would have that bowl of limes gone in a day.

My photo
In my spare time I enjoy cooking, and baking. In fact my mother and I have been making cakes for over 30 years. I also love gardening, traveling, and all things crafty. I struggle daily to keep my like organized, along with my never ending battle to keep the house clean. I adore my three kids MOST of the time, and can usually be found doing the mom thing from morning till night. I try to catch a few mommy moments, but those are hard to find in this wonderful life of mine. I am blessed and happy, and am thrilled you stopped by today :)
