I started my first 40 day challenge on Feb 18th, 2013 with the goal to get a little healthier before my 34th birthday, 40 days away on March 29th.
I've tried to concentrate on eating healthy, (healthier), working out again, (practicing YOGA), and trying to accomplish several other personal goals along the way.
My starting stats were as followed:
Age 33
Height 5'7
PBF (percent body fat) 36.4
BMI (body mass index) 29.2
Height 5'7

My starting weight was :
186.3
Just to be clear, my goal is not to LOSE weight, but to reduce my BODY FAT, and get healthier all around.
Here is my journey. I hope you read it in order so you can see how things change as the days and weeks go on. Just because I planned it one way, doesn't mean it ended up working out like that. I've learned so much so far, and am happy to say that I FINALLY started this challenge.
