When I posted THIS POST, asking for help, and then sent an email to my bloggy friends, I never expected so many people to respond.I am blessed with wonderful friends, and I had a ton of ladies, who were more than willing to keep you all entertained while I get better, or get some sleep, or paint my garage, whatever, he he. How fun can a person be? If you are Amy, REALLY fun, at least that's how I feel every time I visit her blog. She just seems sooooo fun, sooooo funny, and sooooo cute. Seriously, I think she is a fabulous mommy, always making her kiddos the best treats, and her daughter the cutest dresses. She's also super funny, did I already mention that, well she is, and guess what her kids are too. She has a gazillion posts on her kids saying the darnest things, which I simply love to read. It's so funny! So if you want to chill, have a good laugh, and of course learn some awesome crafts along the way, make sure to go say hello to my friend Amy!!

Take it away girl!!

Hello Friends! I'm Amy from Flexible Dreams and I'm so excited to be guest posting again over here at Bella Before And After.

Today I have a great recipe for you: Buffalo Chicken Dip. We love buffalo wings around here and this dip has all the great flavors of hot wings in a yummy, gooey dip. Here's what it looks like when you're finished. Go ahead, wipe the droop off your chin. Then keep reading for step by step instructions and you'll find the full recipe is at the bottom.

Start off with some cream cheese, ranch, wing sauce, cheddar and shredded chicken breast.

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temp or soften it up in the microwave. What you don't want is little bits of cream cheese that don't get mixed in to the rest of the dip. It doesn't taste bad but it looks gross! Combine all of the ingredients except for about half a cup of cheddar.

Spread it out in a stonewear baking dish and pop that baby in the oven until it's nice and bubbly. Serve it up with some celery sticks, pita chips or tortilla chips. YUM!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
12 oz cream cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup Buffalo (hot wing) sauce
1- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar
1 large chicken breast cooked and shredded
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Directions
-  Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, wing sauce, chicken and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese.
-  Spread mixture in small baking dish (stoneware works perfectly)
-  Top with blue cheese or 1/2 cup cheddar.
-  Bake at 375 until bubbly - 20-25 minutes
-  Serve with tortilla chips and celery sticks

Hints
-  You can always add more wing sauce if you like your dip extra spicy.
-  If you don't like blue cheese you can sprinkle an additional 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar on top of the dip before baking...
-  This recipe is very forgiving when it comes to measuring out ingredients. I generally just add a little of this and a little of that until it has a good consistency. Don't stress if you're almost out of ranch or if you need to use up one and a half packages of cream cheese. It all tastes good!
-  This also tastes good on bagel chips and toasted bread rounds

  2. Awww, thanks girl! You're too kind.

I'm really much funnier on paper than in person. My kids, however, are truly a hoot.
