Farmers Market, My son cooks an omelet, and ice cream at the park!

Farmer's Market on Saturday morning was awesome. We went to a cooking demo by Chef Jack, and he showed us a ton of ways to cook an omelet with farm fresh local produce.

My oldest even got to show of his cooking skills, and wowed the crowd with a delicious scallion, carrot, and cheese omelet.
Just watch the video, it's so cute!!!
Here is what we brought home. Guess what we had for dinner?
Yup an omelet, lol. Yummy!!

Then we spent the rest of the day at the park, the younger two played in the sand, most of the time. My oldest was skateboarding with his friends.
Have you ever made shovels from old milk jugs? You should, the kids loved it, they scooped up tons of sand, they had a handle, and they could use them as a funnel as well.
So what did you do this weekend?
Were you blessed with beautiful weather like us?
It was a great day of relaxing, and much needed for all of us.

Hope all of you are doing well.
Thanks for stopping by, and don't forget tomorrow is the last day to enter my AVOCADO ART giveaway.
